Hello there! We’re the CUTX ITM team, and we’re here to give you the complete run-down on our new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). We hope to virtually see you soon!
What’s an ITM?
ITMs, or interactive teller machines, look a lot like the ATMs you’ve come to know and love. You simply drive up to the ITM, and you’re able to video-chat live with a service specialist. It’s a great way to save time when you need to come in to make a transaction.

When & where are ITMs available?
Our Hampton Store and Ross Avenue Store have ITMs at their drive-thru. They’re open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you visit an ITM after hours, it works like an ATM, however ITMs can’t accept deposits after-hours at this time. Check our locations page for the most current information on ITM locations and hours.

When should I use it?
Between in-store visits, ITMs, and ATMs, knowing where to go can get a bit confusing. If you’re in a hurry, choosing an ITM is probably your best bet. When in doubt, simply refer to the chart below. Click here to download the PDF version.

See it in action!
Jonathan was kind enough to let us join him for a transaction. Here, a member deposits a check through an ITM. Unlike ATMs, checks deposited through the ITM can bypass the ATM two day hold.
