We got a chance to sit down with this month’s Experience Champion, Ariana. She earned the title by helping a member who was down on her luck.
Ariana noticed one of our long time (1986) members seemed stressed. She took the opportunity to have a conversation with her and learned that the member recently had surgery and couldn’t afford to repair some plumbing issues for her home.
The member couldn’t take out a loan because of her fixed income, so Ariana took it upon herself to ask the Hampton team to brainstorm ways to help.
Together, they raised money and hand delivered a gift card to our long-time member. The member was grateful and thrilled that she was now able to start the repair process.
Ariana exemplifies what delivering an unexpected experience truly means. Keep reading to learn more about Ariana! Read More →

Hello there! We’re the CUTX ITM team, and we’re here to give you the complete run-down on our new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). We hope to virtually see you soon!
What’s an ITM?
ITMs, or interactive teller machines, look a lot like the ATMs you’ve come to know and love. You simply drive up to the ITM, and you’re able to video-chat live with a service specialist. It’s a great way to save time when you need to come in to make a transaction.
